A Strategic Partnership between AK Designs Ph and Project Manna.

THE SCOPE OF WORK

Project Overview:

To support the rapid expansion of the Manna brand, AK Designs Ph is providing a unified digital infrastructure. This project transitions Manna from a single-site entity into a coordinated portfolio, ensuring consistent luxury branding and high-performance SEO across all regional ventures.

Deliverables:

  • Manna Resort & Spa (Flagship): Full high-end website development, 360° virtual tour integration, and Cloudbeds API synchronization.
  • Expansion Portfolio (Amian, Casa Ferta, Project Manna HQ): Three (3) distinct High-Conversion Landing Pages (Single-page builds).

Timeline Safety Clause: These estimates are contingent upon the timely provision of high-resolution media, branding assets, and third-party access (Cloudbeds/Domain Registrar) by the Client. Total estimated completion is 6–8 weeks from the date of deposit and asset receipt.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Summary & Partnership Scope

We, AK DESIGNS PH, are privileged to lead the digital expansion of the Manna brand. This agreement covers the development of the Manna Resort Flagship Website and the complimentary build of three (3) expansion landing pages. As the Client, you confirm your authority to enter this contract and commit to providing necessary materials in a timely manner.

  1. The “Manna Collection” Multi-Site Waiver

In consideration of the 24-Month Managed Portfolio Agreement, AK DESIGNS PH hereby waives the development fees for the three (3) expansion landing pages (total value: ₱180,000). These are defined as single-page “Landing Pages.” Any request to expand these into multi-page websites will result in a separate quote.

  1. Managed Maintenance & Technical Support

All properties will be hosted and managed by AK DESIGNS PH for a unified fee of ₱6,000/month. This includes high-performance hosting, SSL security, weekly off-site backups, and monthly updates to WordPress Core and all active plugins.

  1. Term, Lock-in, and Auto-Renewal
  • Initial Term: Mandatory 24-month lock-in period starting from the launch date of the Flagship site.
  • Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews for successive 12-month periods at the same rate, unless notice of non-renewal is provided sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date.
  1. Termination and Breach of Contract
  • Early Termination: Should the Client terminate maintenance or fail to settle monthly fees for two (2) consecutive months within the lock-in period, the waived amount of ₱180,000.00 shall become immediately due and demandable as a “Waiver Clawback.”
  • Service Suspension: Late payments exceeding 15 days may result in a temporary suspension of website services.
  1. Content & Copyrights

Upon final payment, the Client owns the visual elements and text content created for the project. AK DESIGNS PH retains ownership of the underlying HTML/CSS/Code and licenses it to the Client for use on this specific project.

  1. Payment Schedule
  • Flagship Deposit: ₱55,000 (50%) due upon digital signing.
  • Flagship Balance: ₱55,000 (50%) due upon project completion, pre-launch.

Monthly Portfolio Fee: ₱6,000 billed on the 1st of every month.

AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, you agree to the terms of this Service Agreement and authorize AK Designs Ph to begin the development of the Manna Portfolio. You acknowledge the 24-month Managed Portfolio commitment and the 50% initial deposit requirement.
