PROCESS AND TIMESCALES
Step 1 Design interview
We need to get to the bottom of who you are, what you stand for and who you stand beside.
Only then can we begin to create a design that portrays the value you offer in a way that resonates with the people who matter: the people you want to do business with.
Step 2 Design presentation
A design concept will be designed. Naturally, there will be a common theme but we try to think outside the box and come up with something that isn’t obvious. This is often where the best ideas come from.
We’ll go through these options and decide which direction to take and any adjustments.
Step 3 Website content
Now we have your design locked in, we can begin to construct the website.
Hi-res Photos Photos and Videos will need to be gathered at this stage.
Step 4 Website build
Using everything we’ve gathered, your website is built. Once it’s done, we’ll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set.
Any amends are made at this stage.
Step 5 Launch
The launch process is a carefully considered one. We need to ensure email addresses don’t go down, the site doesn’t have any downtime.
This is something we’ve done hundreds of times before.
We operate to a checklist that we’ve curated over the years and it’s not failed us once.
We will launch according to your specified date to give us the best chance of getting any issues ironed out.
You can sleep easy knowing we’ll be on-call over your launch weekend to ensure everything goes according to plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need a website maintenance service?
Web hosting providers may or may not update your Core software for you (please check their policy), but all web hosts will not update your plugins.
Website plugins are created by multiple authors and are consistently updated to newer versions to comply with the latest version of software or to address security issues and bugs. It is not guaranteed that the mandated updates to the Core plugins will not break the website, nor that plugins will continue to function if not updated.
For this reason, having a trained web specialist on hand to monitor the website is necessary to update plugins, rollback plugins, replace plugins or even adjust the theme to continue optimal performance
What is included in the service?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. You are under no obligation to continue the ongoing service. We just ask you to give us 5 days’ notice so we can carry out our last thorough update of the website and remove our administrator credentials.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Summary
We, at AK DESIGNS PH, are excited to partner with you to design and develop your website for a total price of ₱45,000, excluding monthly hosting, Domain Name and maintenance fees. This agreement follows our previous discussions.
Client Responsibilities:
You confirm your authority to enter this contract on behalf of your organization.
You agree to provide necessary materials (text, images, fonts) in the required format to facilitate project completion.
Your timely feedback and approvals are essential to meet our agreed deadlines.
You agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in this proposal.
Our Commitment:
We promise to deliver professional and prompt services to meet your needs.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late provision of materials or approvals.
We ensure confidentiality of all information shared with us.
Project Details:
Design and Development:
We will create the design, layout, and functionality of your website.
This includes one main design and two rounds of revisions. If further revisions are needed, we will provide an additional quote.
If you choose to terminate the agreement, the initial payment for work completed will be retained.
Technical Specifications:
We will use valid HTML5 and CSS3 for your website, tested in the latest versions of major browsers, including Safari (Apple), Edge (Microsoft), Firefox (Mozilla), Chrome (Google), and Opera.
Testing in outdated browsers is available upon request.
Content and Photography:
Content writing is not included. Additional content creation will incur extra charges, only with your prior approval.
You will provide photographs. Any stock photos purchased will be added to your quote with your written consent.
Changes and Revisions:
Our pricing is based on estimated time to achieve your objectives. Additional changes will be quoted and approved separately.
Technical Support:
Our quote includes website installation, setup on our server, and Google Analytics implementation.
We provide server updates and management, along with support for hosting-related issues.
Legal Terms:
We are not liable for damages arising from website operation or inability to operate.
If any part of this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining provisions.
Copyrights:
You confirm ownership or permission for use of all provided content.
Upon final payment, you own the graphics and visual elements created for you, while we retain ownership of the HTML and CSS code, licensed for this project only.
We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio and related publications.
