SCOPE OF DELIVERABLES
Step 1 Shopify Store Architecture
A tailored, mobile-first theme styled to Buddy Patches PH branding, with Home, Interactive Studio, Ready-to-Wear Shop, FAQs, About, and Policy pages.
Includes a dynamic sliding cart drawer, conversion-optimized single-page checkout, SEO metadata setup, and Core Web Vitals speed optimization.
Step 2 Interactive Customizer Engine
Integration of a dedicated 2D product personalizer, configured for up to 5 base blank products with printable boundary zones.
Initial library setup of up to 50 patch assets with category filtering, plus real-time dynamic pricing rules (base price + amount per added patch).
Step 3 PH Payments & Logistics
Seamless GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Card checkout, automated PH shipping rates and courier zone configuration, and automated order confirmation emails with visual mockup proofs.
Step 4 Training & Post-Launch Support
A recorded 1-on-1 video training on fulfilling orders and adding new patches, a full staging review with two rounds of revisions, and a 14-day post-launch technical warranty.

Below is the one-time cost of the Shopify build, split across three milestones so work stays funded as it progresses. The initial payment lets us begin store setup right away, in line with the phases described in Scope of Deliverables above.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add more patch designs after launch?
Yes. New patch SKUs can be uploaded and calibrated any time, either by your team through the admin panel or by us as part of the optional Growth & Store Care Retainer.
What happens if I need extra revisions?
Two full rounds of feedback and revisions are included during the Staging & QA milestone. Additional rounds beyond that are quoted separately before any work begins.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Summary
You are hiring AK Designs Tech Inc. to design and develop a custom Shopify store with an interactive patch customizer for ₱45,000, payable across three milestones (fee exclusive of the optional monthly retainer).
As the customer, you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of Buddy Patches PH. You agree to provide the text, images, product blanks, and other information we need, in the format requested, and to review our work and sign off in a timely manner. You also agree to keep to the payment schedule set out in this proposal.
We have the experience and ability to perform the services described and will carry them out professionally and on schedule. We are not responsible for a missed launch date caused by late delivery of materials or delayed approvals. We will keep any information you share with us confidential.
Details of the work
We will design the look, layout, and functionality of your store, including the interactive customizer. This includes one main design and two rounds of revisions. Work beyond that scope will be quoted separately and will not proceed without your approval.
Platform & integrations
The store is built on Shopify using a licensed personalizer app for the customizer engine and PayMongo/HitPay for PH payment gateways. Ongoing app subscription fees (Shopify plan, personalizer app, payment processing fees) are billed directly to you by those providers and are not included in our fee.
Content & assets
You will supply product photography, patch artwork, and copy either digitally or in print. We are not responsible for writing copy or producing new artwork; if we assist, it will be quoted separately and approved by you in advance.
Changes and revisions
Our estimate is based on the scope described in this proposal. Should you want to add new pages, patch categories, or functionality, that is not a problem — you will simply be provided an additional quote for the extra work before we proceed.
Technical support
The quote includes setup of your Shopify store, customizer, and payment/shipping configuration. Ongoing platform hosting is handled directly by Shopify; we remain available for technical support beyond development at standard rates.
Legal
We are not liable for damages, including lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages, arising from the operation of or inability to operate this website. If any provision of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Copyrights
You guarantee that any text, graphics, photos, or artwork you provide are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. Upon final payment, you own the store design, patch artwork, and content provided. We retain the right to display and reference the completed project in our own portfolio.
Payments
Payments follow the milestone schedule above: 50% at kickoff, 30% at staging/QA, and 20% at go-live. This schedule may be revised only by mutual written agreement.
This contract may not be transferred to anyone else without our permission and remains in place without needing renewal. If any part of it becomes invalid, the remaining parts stay in effect.
